STAYBRIDGE SUITES BREAKS GROUND IN NORTH AUSTIN
The Staybridge Suites groundbreaking ceremony was recently held at the project site in North Austin. The hotel, expected to open in Fall 2026, will feature 100 guestrooms, guest laundry facilities, outdoor grilling stations, a fitness center, a pool, and meeting facilities.
This is our third project under construction with SLTX.
TMG+ AWARDED ST. REGIS RESIDENCES BY MARRIOTT
TMG+ will provide project management services for the St. Regis Residences, a 38-story, 90-unit condominium project in Houston’s River Oaks neighborhood. The development will feature private penthouse suites and multiple wellness offerings such as cold plunges, saunas, steam rooms, a gym, pool, and meditation garden.
Ludlow & Associates Construction, LLC is the selected general contractor and Kirksey is providing design.
This is our third project with Satya.
TMG+ AWARDED ST. CATHERINE’S MONTESSORI
TMG+ will serve St. Catherine’s Montessori as Project Manager for their new upper school building. Exterior improvements include outdoor learning areas and a covered connection to the existing campus. The project will also include renovations to the existing campus.
Construction will start in the fall of 2026 and will be complete in time for the 2027 school year.
THE EMERY/WEINER SCHOOL OPENS FOR SCHOOL YEAR
Emery/Weiner School, a private, college-preparatory school in Houston, Texas, opened as scheduled for the 2025 school year. The project included a new Sports and Engineering Complex and renovations for a new café, scene shop, and locker rooms. A pre-engineered building was erected to serve as an indoor, multipurpose practice facility.
TMG+ served as Project Manager representing Emery/Weiner School. Construction was performed by Harvey/Cleary and Kirksey provided design.
FAIRMONT MUSEUM DISTRICT – REBRAND AND COMPLETE
The Heron Museum District, a 12-story luxury apartment building near the Texas Medical Center and Rice University, opened in May 2025.
The 303 boutique residences offer high ceilings, custom kitchens, and premium finishes. Amenities include concierge services, valet parking, a private sky lounge space, co-working and private room / conference room, private film screening room and a fitness center. Outdoor amenities offer a half-acre landscaped area with a 100-foot resort-inspired pool with fountains, fire features and grilling stations.
The construction team included Davis Brothers Construction as the general contractor, and Watts Pool Company provided the pools and water features.
TMG+ AWARDED CANOPY BY HILTON PROJECT
TMG+ will provide project management services for SLTX on their adaptive renovation of the 116-year-old historical Scanlan Building in Downtown Houston.
The Houston landmark will be turned into a 140-room Canopy by Hilton. Currently under design by MSC Architects, the hotel will feature a full restaurant with bar, rooftop garden, fitness center, and boardroom/meeting space.
The hotel is expected to open by summer 2027.
CONGREGATION EMANU EL BREAKS GROUND
Congregation Emanu El recently broke ground for the new Jerold B. Katz Family Center for Jewish Learning. The project in total includes a new two-story education and multi-purpose building, renovations of space within the existing facility, and upgrades to the Becker School wing. Tellepsen is the general contractor and Jackson and Ryan Architects is providing design.
Construction will be complete by fall 2026.
TMG+ AWARDED THE GREENWAY CONDOMINIUM RE-PIPE PROJECT
TMG+ has been engaged by the Greenway Home Owners Association to plan and manage the re-piping of two occupied 30-story towers in Houston, Texas.
Re-pipe work is scheduled to begin in the first quarter of 2026.
TIARA ON THE BEACH GROUNDBREAKING
Tiara on the Beach, a 10-story high-end luxury condominium project located at the west end of the Seawall, behind the dunes in Galveston, Texas, recently broke ground.
The development will house one-to three-bedroom units with amenities that include a game room, golf simulator, media room, private wine storage, a resort-style pool, a state-of-the-art fitness center, outdoor sports court, and walkways to the beach. The project will complete in June 2027.
This is TMG’s second development with Satya, Inc.

MATHIS CUP 2025
sThe annual Mathis Cup golf tournament celebrated its 16th year of fellowship, community service, and great golf. Team Red, led by Ben Westcott, took home the trophy for the 2025 season.

TEAM TMG+ TAKES 2ND PLACE AT THE MAKE-A-WISH “BUILDERS OF HOPE” ANNUAL CLAY SHOOT
TMG+ participated in the Make-A-Wish “Builders of Hope” annual clay shoot and 2nd place was taken by the sharp shooting team of Taylor Scharck, Elliott Fell, Joe Ryan Mathis and Tyler Bartlett.
Builders of Hope is a coalition of industry leaders in construction, design, and trades creating personalized home spaces (playhouses, backyards) for wish children in the Texas Gulf Coast area.
TEAM TMG+ TAKES 2ND PLACE AT ACRP GOLFIESTA 2025
The TMG+ foursome of Joe Ryan Mathis, Brandon McKinney, Stephen Clay and Brian Tran took 2nd place in the Annual ACRP golf tournament. This year the event was benefiting the Building Tomorrow Foundation, a Houston-based nonprofit committed to supporting graduate students pursuing degrees related to commercial real estate.
ERJCC RECOGNIZED WITH DEVELOPMENT OF DISTINCTION AWARD IN LARGE-SCALE NON-PROFIT CATEGORY
The Evelyn Rubenstein Jewish Community Center of Houston was recognized at ULI Houston – Urban Land Institute’s 18th Annual Development of Distinction Awards in the large-Scale Non-Profit category. What an honor to serve as Project Manager for the ERJCC as they committed to build a state-of-the-art facility to welcome the Houston community.

TMG+ SUPPORTS THE AGC HOUSTON CHAPTER AT THE 2025 CHAMPIONS GOLF TOURNAMENT
It was all hands on deck by TMG+ at the 2025 AGC Champions Golf Tournament. The TMG+ ladies worked at the check-in table, and our project managers were a very competitive foursome on the course. Stephen Clay and Brandon McKinney also served on the tournament committee this year.
