TMG+ provides project management and program management services to a varied list of clients and building owners. Our emphasis has always been about the relationship, not the work type. We have completed many types of projects in more than 35 states for a relatively small list of satisfied clients. We strive to fill their needs and to protect their interests, no matter what the project type, size or location.

Since the firm’s formation in 1990, TMG+ remains family-owned and managed, with our office based in Sugar Land, Texas (Greater Houston). Joseph H. Mathis, Founder and Owner, remains the firm’s leader. He is a graduate of Purdue University and holds degrees in Construction Management and Architectural Engineering. He leads a team of dynamic and talented professionals. Prior to forming TMG+, Mr. Mathis served several nationally prominent general contracting and development firms.

Joseph Ryan Mathis leads many of our projects and has more than 10 years’ experience in project management. He holds his degree from University of Houston. Other family members and professionals round out the team for TMG+.
