HYATT PLACE/HYATT HOUSE — TOPPING OUT IN OCTOBER

The Hyatt Place / Hyatt House project recently celebrated the Topping Out of this impressive 14-story hotel structure.
Achieving this significant construction milestone was commemorated with a luncheon to honor the construction crew.
We congratulation our Client, Sayta, Inc. on their newest hospitality venture. Look for a grand opening in 2022.
HILTON GARDEN INN/HOME2 SUITES — OPEN FOR BUSINESS

On September 23, 2021, the Hilton Garden Inn / Home2 Suites hotel project was finished and officially opened its doors to the public.
Located in Houston’s renowned medical center, the 187,246 square foot duel brand hotel has 296 guestrooms and a detached garage. The 10-story structure includes amenities such as a guest pool, fitness center, multiple food serve areas, a large conference space and laundry facilities.
This is TMG’s tenth hotel with American Liberty Hospitality.
BIOTICS BREAKS GROUND

The new Biotics Research building officially broke ground on August 24, 2021.
Located in Rosenberg, Texas, the 2-story tilt-wall structure will be the second facility operating under the Biotics Research Corporation. The 72,000 square foot structure will be office and warehouse space with a parking lot.
The project team includes Amegy Bank, Burton Construction and Powers Brown Architecture. The project will be complete in May 2022.
THE GALLERIA’S NEWEST HOTEL IS READY FOR BUSINESS

The Holiday Inn Express – Staybridge Suites is officially open for business! The hotel is 14-story, 220,951 square-foot dual brand facility located along the northbound inner 610 loop in the Galleria area. Ample guest parking is provided within the 110,326-square-foot, cast-in-place parking garage located adjacent to the hotel.
The hotel features include 310 guest rooms, a full amenities package consisting of a full-size outdoor second level pool and patio deck, guest fitness center, guest laundry facilities, grab-and-go food areas, retail and large conference space.
This is TMG’s ninth hotel with American Liberty Hospitality.
MH HOSPITALITY — OPEN MARCH 2021

TMG+ served as project managers to MH Hospitality and had the pleasure of working with Aimbridge Hospitality, EE Reed and Huitt-Zollars to open the Fairfield Inn & Suites – Houston East Energy Corridor.
The hotel is a 6-story, steel structure that features 136 well-appointed guestrooms. The 16,405 square foot facility boasts a restaurant, fitness center, a full service bar and spa-themed pool with outdoor patio seating.
EVELYN RUBENSTEIN JEWISH COMMUNITY CENTER BREAKS GROUND

The Evelyn Rubenstein Jewish Community Center officially broke ground on January 31, 2021 to kick off their new expansion and renovation project.
The project includes renovations of 27,000 square feet of the existing facility located at 5601 S. Braeswood Blvd. in Houston, Texas. The expansion will add a new three-story, 126,000 square-foot facility that will feature a family-centric aquatics complex, a culinary studio, a high-end fitness facility and other improvements.
The Houston office of San Francisco-based Gensler serves as designer for the expansion project and Houston-based Tellepsen will serve as general contractor. The project will be complete in 2023.

2021 MATHIS CUP — LET THE GAMES BEGIN

The 2021 Mathis Cup Golf Tournament celebrates its 12th year of fellowship, community service and great golf. Companies participating in this year’s event are Watts Pool Company, Kilgore Industries, Rae Security, Firetron, Inc., Kauffman Co., McCarthy, Hoar, Pieper-Houston Electric, Sundance Construction, Tellepsen, PSA Lighting and R&M Service Co., Inc.
To date, the Mathis Cup golf tournament has raised over $100,000 for charities such as the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research, Star of Hope Foundation and the Patrick J. Kiley Excellence in Leadership Scholarship.
ABC GOLF TOURNAMENT

TMG+ participated in the annual Associated Builders & Contractors of Greater Houston Spring Golf Tournament at Kingwood Country Club. Congratulations to Joe Ryan, Jon Hill and Brandon McKinney for winning First Place Cook Team
