TMG+ is excited to be providing Project Management services for Fairmont Residential on the third phase of The Fairmont Museum District. This luxury multi-family complex, located in Houston, Texas, will feature 9 stories of residential units with over 3 levels of private parking in the garage, an expansive pool deck, fitness area, private screening room, co-working space, and a spacious courtyard area. 

Construction is ongoing and the project will be completed in late 2024.
